These are technical textiles used in Agricultural industry for preventing Insect Attack on the crops, Increasing yield by providing proper environment of Humidity, Temperature and Sunlight. Type of yarns possible to be used are Monofilaments, Tape yarns with UV Protection so as to last for a few years atleast.

We "DSS Textile" supply Suitable for weaving all types of Para Aramide Yarns and Meta Aramide Yarns to all across india.

Loom is used for weaving Fabrics from Fiber Glass or Glass fiber Rovings starting from 600 Tex to 4800 Tex and upwards

These fabrics are used in producing Laminates for Composites

Used for producing Laminates by the composite industries like Aircraft bodies, Cars Components, Mobile Cases, Bicycles, etc

The spread tow leads to very thin cross sections and can thus be cheaper, and higher number of directional laminates can be formed

Panter has the capabilities to weave Fabrics with warp beam tensions upto 3800 Kgs depending on the enduse and weaving requirements from 190 cm width to 3.8 meters width and in special cases upto 6.2 meter width.

Wefts ranging from 10 denier to 43200 deniers have been handled with Positive Rapiers. Multi filament like yarns, Abrasive Yarns, Glass, Kevlar need POSITIVE RAPIER MODE of weft transfer to avoid Abrasion and Loss/Breakage of Filaments. All looms can be supplied with Negative Rapier or Positive Rapier mode, depending on the weft yarn to be transported/conveyed.

The Weft Guiding elements are specially strengthned to avoid the wear effects of harsh yarns on the same, similarly the parts coming in contact with warp yarn and fabric are also specially reinforced to avoid long term abrasion. The machines are built as per the unique demands of the Technical Textile being woven with strengthened body/Structure to withstand the weaving loads needed for the fabric proposed to be woven.

Some options like Full width temples , Reinforced Letoff and Takeup Motors, Main motors, Jumbo Backrest Rollers, back rest roller coatings, Takeup roller Covering, Fabric Guiding rollers with or without bearings, Expansion rollers near the temple, Thermal Cutters / Ultrasonic cutters are designed as per need of the client. Weft Densities from 1 Per cm to 200 per cm and warp feeding from warp beams or from creels are possible.

Loom suitable for weaving Fiberglass Yarns upto 600 Tex  and Fiberglass rovings from 1200 Tex to 4800 Tex and above.
It's possible to weave standard weaves and also with Full/Half leno weaves in the same loom
Also same loom can be used for producing Fabrics using other yarns like Polyester, Kevlar, Basalt, Nylon, Etc

Loom used to Produce Basalt Fabrics having very high Temperature resistance with flexibility to be folded / daped on human body unlike Fiberglass fabrics 

Capable to weave leno weave fabric and normal fabrics using tape yarns and monofilament yarns.
